Webique and Marten Falls have completed their Terms do Reference and are formally moving ahead with the EAs for the two road segments (see Ringer's and Norgo's posts).

Does anyone else find the timing of these two news releases to be a tad 'coincidental' with the absence of news on the takeover front? Also interesting that the Webique NR explicitly states that the governments will be paying for the road. You have to wonder how much behind the scenes back and forth/negotiations with the FNs has been going on.
