BHP amended the amount they are offering but it is still the 'same' agreement. The shares that were tenderred are still tendered only the amount they will get ($0.75 vs $0.55) if the deal goes through will change.

As clarification, Anyone that has tendered shares to any offer can 'un'tender them at any time prior to the offer being succesful.
