Is that right, or does NOT have to approve $76cents or higher, up to 3-4 week waiting period, gives BHP more time to accumulate at Wyloo/Fort expense.

So far I would give the process a 2-3 out of 10 for communication with shareholders,

I think Wyloo has a big head start, however stalling tactics by BHP with the help of Noront BOD, has. Narrowed the gap,

I think Nov 9 is a very ambitious time frame for BHP

I think an extention or 2 highly likely
