I dont think they want to do that this time around. Wyloo keeps sayign they cant get the 50% without them. This is simply not true. They would have the support of the BOD, Maybe BAO 4% , another 3-4% already tendered , maybe another 2-3% on the open market so far( on the down low) . So all they need is like 36% more. With a big big they will get it I think. That is , if they still want in. I think that is the bigger question here at this point.. :)
