Interesting Bill, I didn't think of asking for confirmation but will. Imagine that, two of the larger banks seemingly stumbling on this.

Shorecrest did call me back, said the manager of the direct investing department was sending a memo to all of the client care reps. I am supposed to get a call from RBC but haven't heard yet.
