R.R., thanks for the question. I assure you we are following the same rules of engagement as we always have. I also assure you there is a small group of people who have a vested interested in disrupting the forum and are being terminated for multiple violations.

Very few terminations are ever permanent and we've allowed people to come back. We want people talking about NOT, the ROF and the industry. However, if their primary purpose is to disrupt the forum, we can't allow them back.
