If it is inconsistent, then what we can still reap is the Mac doesn't want to be with NOT.V's BOD. From NOT.V's last slew of NRs, it really seemed like NOT.V and FWR.V were a little friendlier. Apparently, such is not the case. When questioning the reason FWR.V released today's 2 NRs, I agree something prompted FWR.V to do both. It probably has to do with the fence sitters.

I would have thought that if the deal with 3rd party was going swimmingly, he would not have bothered with integrity of a NOT nr whose BOD he doesn't respect anyway. Maybe it's like some of the posters here and FWR side, they don't respect each other, but they keep responding or feeling provoked by the other. Paradigm shift and step out of the bubble. Sort of like stepping away from a friend with Axis II personality. The only way to breathe again is step away and make the other irrelevent to the choices in your life, or they'll swamp you with their issues and make their issues your issues.
