Wouldn't it be incredibly embarassing and stupid for FWR if the third party somehow falls through or gets delayed and then before you know it NOT is scooping you up because you unnecessarily volunteerily gave up your SRP in arrogance that you "can get the Doing DONE!"

How much of an uproar would FWR shareholders be in if this happened? IMHO, not a risk that a smart man like MW would take.
