To the best of my knowledge, there have been no police specifically detailed to the ring of fire since at this time, there is not yet a protest. The First Nations involved, along with Matawa Tribal council, are at this time still soliciting support. All parties, including the government are still in various meetings and trying to sort things out before it happens.

Everyone is, at this time, trying to mitigate the situation... not inflame it as suggested in the post.
