Does 'The Eagle' straddle FNC?
The report is positive on NOT and FNC.
However, Kaiser is not entirely kind to Noront, but he is humorous, - if we can laugh at ourselves just a little bit...

This report was written before AT12 and the visible chromite and does not consider windfall. Soon I believe Kaiser will be glad to eat the worm at the bottom of the bottle and join the rest of us Notahoholics.
