I am just reading this post by Goldilox and Noront's option and JV agreement.
This is obviously Nemis acquiring land. (More control of the area).
The last few JVs have been NOT acquiring land and they are doing this for a reason.
I have a good feeling that these recent land acquisitions have a very significant reason. In my humble opinion I feel there is a major or 2 in the wings watching closely desiring to keep mum until the land they want is under NOT's control. Once this occurrs, the land has been amassed, the Major will come out of the shadows with a super deal.
