Not being aware that I was $7.38 in the negative in my Investors edge account they went and sold 21 of my Not shares (without my knowledge) at $2.86 and charged me $60.00 commision. No communication nothing just sold the shares.So in effect that $7.38 cost me $60.00 dollars plus I did not want to sell any Not shares ,those 21 shares could be worth a lot more down the road.
When I phoned to enquire they told me that they have the right to do this.....and I'm sure they do . Banks are not your friend they are a nessesary evil.
I am p!ssed off and will no longer deal with CIBC!
