Coalminer, I'm assuming you are asking where I heard that we may get Kentucky before WV. One of the members from IR (I won't mention who) said that it seems that Kentucky may go before WV because currently it's in a "more advanced stage". I personally don't care which one comes first, as long as they are both profitable so NAG doesn't have to do a PP for the Saskatchewan play that will resume this fall/winter.
