"has agreed to pay" means there is probably a contract in place. Which would make NAG still liable for the $36,000 plus options for the year, even though they didn't use a full year of Agoracom's services. Of course you would have to read the fine print of the contract. So I don't think NAG would be able to get out of it without paying some kind of penalty, be it the full $36,000 or some other amount agreed upon. Anybody know any further details?
