VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 21, 2009) - North American Tungsten Corporation Ltd. (the "Company" or "NATCL") (TSX VENTURE:NTC) announces that Mr. Britt Reid, COO and Director, has tendered his resignation both as an officer and director of the Company for personal reasons. The resignation will be effective as of October 31, 2009.
