I doubt they are going to be ordered to repay the loan since Lehman put them in illiquid ARS securities ($71.6 million i believe). I consider it payback for Lehman's irresponsibility.

They're going to throw off a ton of cash as a result of Kemess South, so they will be okay. 4Q will be highly profitable (combined avg estimated mining cost of $125).

They will complete the shelf offering if they need it to fund Young-Davidson. They don't want to be caught short of cash which is why they filed it. If they can fund YD with their cash flow, I have no doubt in my mind you will see them make an acquisition.
