Nuinsco and Victory Nickel File Annual Financial Statements

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 1, 2009) - Victory Nickel Inc. ("Victory Nickel")(TSX:NI) and Nuinsco Resources Limited ("Nuinsco")(TSX:NWI) announced today that annual Audited Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") have been filed by each company with the appropriate regulatory bodies. These filings are available at the respective companies' profiles at www.sedar.com, and at www.victorynickel.ca and www.nuinsco.ca.

Hard copies of the audited financial statements, accompanying notes and MD&A's will be sent to those shareholders who have requested them; hard copies will be made available to investors upon request.
