I sincerely believe this time will be the successful FDA application. The sudden submission of additional information I feel was a bit of a red herring in that it was an easily defendable action but the interim allowed Covidien or others the opportunity to accumulate shares prior to approval. I don't see this as some form of huge conspiracy but rather just the way business happens to get done.

I don't have enough personal background nor pharmaceutical intelligence to venture a guess as to what post approval pricing may be. I suspect though that we may have an interesting ride on or about November 4th and will be watching quite closely. I don't really have a firm "exit" strategy as I tend to go with the flow and as a result sometimes have been late to "pull the trigger". Still on other occasions the rise has continued so "who is to know".
