SHELTERED OAK RESOURCES CORP. - GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Sheltered Oak Resources Corp. granted stock options on March 4, 2009, to directors and officers of OAK to purchase in total up to 400,000 common shares in the capital of OAK at an exercise price of 12 cents per common share. The stock options will vest on March 4, 2010, and expire on March 4, 2012. The options were granted pursuant to OAK's incentive stock option plan, under which a maximum of 10 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares are reserved for issuance.
