where was art m and the board when the shareholds lost ? it seams mngtm are

looking after their interist as they have lost shareholders cash.they seam to have mil shares leftand trying to give retention bounes?

i beleive art and the boys should face up,they have blown this company by bad mngmt and need to be put in their place?

If this was the u.s. of a lookout.
