I have met the man and I can honestly say that he is very very smooth. He really can sell you a boatload of shite for a million bucks. It is becoming more clear everyday that Vanier saw this oil and gas play as just another way for him to rip people off to support his lavish lifestyle and he never had any intention of really exploiting this resource.
