My apologies for not responding sooner I was on holidays.

We are spinning off the gold assets of Oremex, to finance the gold assets in a separate vehicle so that we do not dilute the remaining silver shareholders.

Oremex Resources shareholders will receive 14 million shares of Oremex Gold, and 2 million warrants exercisable at
.50 for two years and $250,000 in cash paid over 24 months. We expect to distribute the shares of Oremex Gold to shareholders of Oremex Resources in the next few months.
