In this time of credit contraction, being able to raise cash is critical.

Being able to raise 12 million in additional cash is huge.

The cost of operations in 2008 to drill 15,000 meters was $4.5 million.

The costs for the same work will be less this year, due to the contraction of energy and material prices.

This additional cash promises to give us 2-3 years additional years of exploration money. That is big!

If we break down the share dilution that these addtional shares add (17 million ) - we get 77 million total ( Does not include 6.5 mil warrants offered @ 1.00 per share).

The cash infusion of 12 million dollars adds .16 per share in added cash value.
