Taunus Gold Deposit

* Hole 09TR030: (completed) - Step-Out - objective is to test the near surface potential of the Bocas zone north of hole 29, testing a geophysical target. Completed to target depth of 320m.
* Hole 09TR031: (ongoing) - Step-Out - objective is to expand the HS Zone to the west and to test the depth potential for feeders. Target depth is 400m.
* Hole 09TR032: (ongoing) - Step-Out - objective is to define high-grade zone located south of hole 09TR020 (5.3 g/t gold over 13.4m and 4.1 g/t gold over 13.0m), and over 250 metres south of HS Zone. Target depth is 325m.
* Hole 09TR033: (ongoing) - Step-Out - objective is to intersect a shallow high-grade gold zone approximately 430 metres south of HS Zone. Target depth is 325m.
* Hole 09TR034: (planning) - HS Zone in-fill and deep target - objective is to drill HS Zone with PQ diameter core for metallurgical testing and to continue the hole testing a deeper target below the HS Zone. Target depth is 600m.
* Drill Progress: continue to experience very difficult ground conditions - working to improve drilling, however not sacrificing core recovery by increasing drill rate. A reverse circulation drill rig is on its way - will try as a tool for pre-collars to get down faster and allow completion of deeper diamond drill holes.
* Assays pending for holes 27 to 30.
Trinidad District
* Surface exploration completed at El Habal prospect (located 15 km west-northwest of Taunus); drill targets prioritized.
* Surface exploration on-going in the northern and western portions of the Trinidad property where access is possible during the current "wet" season, which includes prospecting, mapping, sampling and trenching in various areas to identify and prioritize drill targets. Several new gold zones have been discovered and are currently being followed-up. Drill-testing is planned during the dry season - latter part of Q4 and early 2010.
