Darren has over 18 years of international industry experience working for junior and major mining companies in all aspects of exploration and development, from grassroots discoveries to feasibility level studies. Darren is founder and President of Oro Gold Resources Ltd. (2005), and is responsible for creating the spin out of Oro Silver (February 2007) which added strategic value for Oro Gold and its shareholders. His expertise lies in the execution of strategic growth opportunities with a focus on negotiations, acquisitions, and property advancement. He has had substantial involvement in the completion of equity financings and the formation of a strong shareholder base. Prior to his role at Oro Gold and Oro Silver, Darren was part of a senior management team responsible for overseeing exploration and acquisition activities for Placer Dome Exploration in Mexico and Central America.

Frank has over 20 years experience in the exploration industry, the past 17 years have been with Placer Dome where his most recent role was the Exploration Manager for Africa. During his tenure with Placer Dome, Frank worked in variety of senior positions such as: General Manager of Global Exploration Development, Platinum Exploration Manager, Technical Assistant to the President & CEO, Project Manager (Venezuela, Nevada, South Africa) and Optimization Team Leader (South Africa). In his various roles, Frank has been directly responsible for: managing drilling programs with +20 rigs, negotiating, consummating & managing multi-million $US Joint ventures, and is directly associated with defining over 20M oz of Measured and Indicated Gold resources and over 15 M oz of Platinum Group Metals.

For the past 20 years, Eric has been in the field providing everything from technical through project management support on numerous grass roots to advanced stage properties located throughout Latin America, Western Canada and Nevada. Most of his time has been devoted to projects run by Placer Dome as well as Francisco Gold and Glamis Gold, which he left to co-found Oro Gold Resources. Fluent in Spanish, much of Eric’s time is spent in the field evaluating and negotiating new property acquisitions.

Mr. Okada is a Chartered Accountant in British Columbia and Alberta as well as a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State. He has been in public practice with Deloitte, his own firm and PricewaterhouseCoppers for over 35 years. A large number of his clients have been public mining companies listed on the TSX-V exchange.

He has worked with and audited companies with projects in Central America, South America, Southeast Asia, Africa and North America.

He also sits on various committees with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Francisco has over 20 years of industry experience in Central America focusing in the exploration and estimation of reserves in the resource sector. Prior to joining Oro Gold Resources in 2006, Francisco held various senior consulting roles including Director of Exploration Projects, Project Manager and Senior Project Geologist in the exploration and valuation of mining projects throughout Central America, Mexico and Panama.
