I have looked though the Kinbauri website, and they also have the Aztec mines in Nevada (which is relatively close to Orvana's mines). Probably the offer was low considering the potential value of the company, but in today's market place, that 40% premium should have been sufficient.

I agree with you GWTW, if the larger investors in ORV thought that this was a bad aquisition, we would have seen more people bailing and hence a depression of our share price. As it stands, a drop of 0.02$ is nothing.
