Is this supposed to be a poison pill for the hostile takeover? I don't seem to think that this aquisition will go through. I would like to see it happen but there are a lot of hurdles in the way right now. Either way a smart move by Kinbauri to raise capital if they can, at a better price than they have seen for a while.
