Thanks, Cooky. As my original cartoon said, I'd rather be "inconvenienced" 1 hour day and alive, as opposed to 24 hours a day and dead.

Hope you and everybody reading will do the same. It is a challenge and will extend beyond 90 days - but I'm sure it gets easier as your body gets used to it and actually expects it.
