VANCOUVER, B.C.- International PBX Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX.V:PBX) announces a correction to its Press Release issued Aporil 12, 2012 entitled "PBX Announces Private Placement".

The original release stated that the "The warrants are subject to an acceleration clause which is triggered when the Company's shares trade at $0.25 or more for ten consecutive trading days. The correct trigger amount for the acceleration is $0.20.

International PBX Ventures Inc. is a junior exploration Company with a strong portfolio of copper, molybdenum and gold projects in Chile. The 100% owned Copaquire copper molybdenum property is the Company's flagship project and is located in Chile's prolific copper porphyry belt.
