Thanks for chiming in Chris. I am somewhat outspoken on this topic (some might say more than that), but I agree that this option giving is common among microcaps. But, does Poet deserve to be a microcap?

I don't want out of this stock; I believe they have the product that will launch a thousand ships, but many sit and wonder why the share price remains stagnant, and with options being granted at the stagnant price.

I won't go on, as I too feel this has been beaten to death. Nevertheless, dilution stinks, especially at par.
