If you like you can screen through the patents of DL. The number is huge, but just 9 were granted, all before 2005. I guess this is typical for spin-offs of research institutes.

Hence, it seems we will receive some nice IP - plus the think tank of their inventors!
Tons of synergies, 1+1=3.
So I guess we are already far beyond Pellegrino II, soon analysts with the right techical background will find out.
