Sula, the topics covered in your post were talked about at today's meeting. Management talked about how accretive the DenseLight and BB Photonics acquisitions are. Suresh really emphasized this in his presentation. These are big deals for us because they grow us in-organically verses organically which would take much longer. He talked about the benefits that these acquisitions bring us in terms of products to sell NOW, distributions channels in place, customers in place, and the talent that we've added because of these acquisitions, as well as the lab and equipment we now have. I am paraphrasing here, but you get the idea. My husband specifically asked if Poet has the engineers and people and talent to accomplish what they are trying to do and they addressed this. They specifically talked about personnel from both DenseLight and BB Photonics (very very knowledgable in their fields). They said they do have what they need to accomplish what they are trying to do. Suresh also talked about the difference in how investors versus the tech industry view these acquisitions. He stated that the industry has viewed these acquisitions very positively for Poet. He really emphasized this. These acquisitions are helping them as they execute the plan.
