Junkers, the "Report A Bug" slider:

Is not a pop-up. It's not advertising anything
Is a temporary item for these few days around launch (I think it's actually done now)
Is there to help you and everyone
If it wasn't there, members would be posting glitches on forums, which distracts the forums and makes it near impossible for us to find them

I trust this claries things.
