I don't think there would have been a wafer access issue if Global Foundaries was that closely involved. I also cannot see it fitting with Agit's Foundary 2.0 vision. And then there is the BOD, which are from a variety of large corporations, and have a responsibility to shareholders. I don't think we need to start conspirousy theories here. But when things get rolling, I do think the ties are close enough that those 300mm (12in) wafers Shash referred to at Global Foundaries, would make POET untouchable to competition, if it wasn't going to be anyway.
