AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: Tom's capital statement and NRE

Excellent news today! Its been a long time since posting, but have always been following along closely. I am reaching out for someone to provide clarification on this statement today:

Tom Mika: “There have been a couple of major companies that have already committed capital to us for completing designs, or for just proving out the technology."

If he is referring to NRE, when was this and what amount is he referring to as anything we have seen has been very minimal to date? Also they mention revenue starting in Q4, but they didn't entice investors today with talk of NRE early in 2021, this when they are working with large customers who should be putting out substantial amounts of NRE for all the design work and prototyping POET has done for them to date. This doesn't make sense to me, having experience with NRE type revenue in tech jobs in the past. Why hasn't there been more NRE, especially from these large customers with deep pockets waiting on a disruptive technology? Would appreciate any opinions on this and clarification on Tom's statement today. Thanks!

Its been an incredibly long wait, but things are looking very promising, and looking forward to what 2021 will bring for us.
