puzzled as to why CarloF's earlier post with link to POET'S SEC Form 20-F was deleted. After all, it just appeared on the EDGAR site today, and it certainly contains relevant, useful and on-topic info for many a POET investor, IMO. Thanks for the heads-up CarloF
