ok so a bit confused on the word collaboration if Multilane is not guarenteed to be the 'manufacturer' ... it sounds more like POET is hiring Multilane to help them develope and test the product ... e.g. Multilane won't have any 'rights' to the final product ... if they were quaranteed to get money from the manufacturing of the product then they may be inclined to contribute to getting the product ready faster ... but if not then their incentive must be getting paid for it ... hence not sure why collaboration was used instead of POET has hired ..
