Right now your theory is as good as any. History gives good reason to be cautiously pessimistic.

For me management have often over-estimated the impact the good news they've released will have on the sp. Did they expect the recent news to push us into the $2 range and beyond so the recently repriced options could be exercised? Surely not? If so there has to be better news coming.
