Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

It would be an absolute shame if this kind of opportunity passed by without filling up the coffers.

 It is highly likely that Poet is making use of the ATM facility. After all, they knew the video was coming out and they knew they had to raise money.

The ATM facility sell shares  through dealers into the US and Canadian stock exchange listings. As these are public traded markets, purchasers on the exchange will include individual retail accounts. There is no need for there to have been any institutional purchasers in order for Poet to have sold ATM shares through the past three days.

The ATM Program was initially active in both the United States and Canada pursuant to an equity distribution agreement dated June 29, 2023 among the Company, Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC ("Craig-Hallum") and Cormark Securities Inc. ("Cormark") and conducted under a prospectus supplement dated June 29, 2023 to the Company's short form base shelf prospectus dated June 30, 2021 and U.S. registration statement on Form F-10, which included the base shelf prospectus

The Company has suspended sales under the United States-only ATM Program and is not required to provide notice if it resumes making sales thereunder in the future.
