Pacific Orient Capital Inc. ("Pacific Orient") (TSXV:AAQ.P) announces that its management has decided that as the company works towards identifying a potential "qualifying transaction" it would be in the best interests of Pacific Orient not to proceed with its non-brokered private placement (previously announced on April 21, 2011 and June 6, 2011) at this time.
