Paladin Energy Ltd-Directors Increase Share Holdings

PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 16, 2010) - Paladin Energy Ltd ("Paladin" or "the Company") (TSX:PDN)(ASX:PDN) notes that two of the Company's directors have increased their holdings of Paladin's Common Shares following recent market transactions.

John Borshoff, Managing Director and CEO of Paladin, has completed an on-market purchase of an additional 286,000 shares for A$1,003,442.47, bringing his direct and indirect holdings of fully paid shares to 21,877,394.

Rick Wayne Crabb, Chairman of the Board, has completed an on market purchase of an additional 100,000 shares for A$348,526.80, bringing his direct and indirect holdings of fully paid shares to 4,881,528.
