Labrador Properties-Native Issues

My understanding is the local native community voted almost 2 years ago in favour of a moratorium on uranium mining in their traditional territory. Do they still intend to revisit this decision at the end of March or early April this year? Is there any other news pertaining to the effectiveness of the previous owners' attempts to convince the community to change their view?
