Yes I'm a little confused.

Not sure whether to be excited or afraid.

I'm curious what PLL's ideal arbitration (I'm assuming its binding arbitration?) results would be. Contract completely cancelled? Re-negotiated with shipping commencing from todays date at todays prices?

CKI would be hoping for ... you owe us approximately 1500000 tonnes at $65/tonne? Would they be happy with tonnes owed, avg at $80-100/tonne, and a late fee?

If PLL does want the contract completely cancelled why?
