Mr. Cutler is a strategist with Swank Capital, LLC, a multi fund manager specializing in energy and natural resource investments. The firm manages funds across a number of strategies including the Dalrymple Global Resources Fund, LP set up to capitalize on the global demand for commodities through equity investments and futures contracts. Prior to joining Swank Capital, Mr. Cutler compiled over 30 years experience in the investment management and securities industries. He started his career as a portfolio manager with U.S. Trust Co. of New York in 1974. He subsequently held senior positions with major investment banking firms including CS First Boston and Smith Barney. Mr. Cutler also served as Vice President in the research group of John S. Herold, Inc. Mr. Cutler received a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia -- McIntire School of Commerce in 1974. He also pursued further studies at The New York Institute of Finance and The New School, NYC.
Mr. Getz is a private investor and since 1997 has served as a Managing Director and Partner of Cornerstone Equity Investors, LLC, a New York based private equity investment firm. Cornerstone was formed by the former senior team that led Prudential Equity Investors, to make investments in management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth financings Prior to the formation of Cornerstone, Mr. Getz served as a Managing Director and Partner of Prudential Equity Investors, Inc., where he had worked since 1987. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Getz has completed numerous transactions in the Manufacturing, Technology, Business and Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. Mr. Getz has significant experience in public and private debt and equity financings and strategic mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Clark is the Chairman and CEO of J. D. Clark & Company, a full-service administrative, accounting, and advisory firm serving the hedge fund industry since 1991. The firm manages all components of accounting, tax and regulatory compliance, and client reporting with the unique ability to provide the entire Chief Financial Officer function to a hedge fund or fund of hedge funds. Mr. Clark is also the Managing Member of Praesideo Management, LLC and Praesideo Technologies, LLC and is the Chief Investment Officer of the Praesideo Funds. His companies are headquartered in Utah with offices in New York and Grand Cayman.
Mr. Clark graduated from Utah State University with a BA in Accounting. Upon graduation he joined KPMG in Seattle, WA where he worked in their audit and small business advisory practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He was the V.P. of Finance from 1984 to 1986 for the Cascade Funds and Rainier Partners, investment funds specializing in Risk Arbitrage. From 1986 to 1990 he was the CFO of the Genesee Funds, multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund of funds. He started J. D. Clark & Company and the Praesideo Funds in January 1991. Mr. Clark is a Director of Sendside, Inc., Agrasyst, LLC, and is Chairman of the Promontory Angel Investors. He is also active in community service as a Board Member of Utah State University's College of Business Advisory Board; a Board Member of the Weber Foundation, where he is chair of the Business Development Committee; and as Chairman of the Utah Junior Miss Board of Directors.
Mr. Stojka is an analyst and portfolio manager with SVR Capital, LLC, with applied fundamental, technical and arbitrage investment analysis experience in a wide variety of companies and industries. For the past several years he has focused exclusively on investments in the metals and mining sector. He has a MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, a BSB in accounting from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant in Minnesota.
