Panterra grants options to buy 1.92 million shares

PANTERRA ANNOUNCES OPTIONS GRANT

Panterra Resource Corp., pursuant to the terms and conditions of its stock option plan, has granted, in the aggregate, options to buy 1.92 million shares to the officers, directors and employees of the company. The options will be exercisable for a five-year period at 11 cents per share.
