This is the company's response to your inquiry:

As a general "rule of thumb" we sell Area Rep Agreements for a $30K base fee and $0.02 cents per capita. However, many factors are taken into consideration when formulating the final price...ie; size, population, demographics, logistics, possible store openings, etc. We are seeking Area Reps for other regions and states as well.
