I agree with GeorgeW, this is NOT clear response,

Has PAPA renegotiated the Promissory Note?

Has PAPA repaid the NOTE?

To answer that they are in good standing is a very evasive answer and can be misleading! Clarification is necessary.

Does Agora have a Code of Conduct for their clients to adhere to? I believe this should be disclosing to al members and not only should be requirement but enforced if Agora wishes to maintain it's current credibility.
