Dear Agora with all due respect my original question was :

"Can you ask management if Papa Bello lived up to it's committment on the $2,400,000 promissory note which was due Dec. 2008? If not has it been renegotiated or is PAPA opperating in default?"

Response:

"Dear George W:

Once again, thank you for your question. The company has informed us that it is NOT operating in default and is in good standing. We hope that alleviates any concern you may have.

AGORACOM"

How can this response be considered anything but evasive? Not a very good policy for a public company to follow. It also makes you wonder what their motives are for in employing an IR firm if they wish not to answer investor questions.
