Has anyone been tracking this? They have been taken over by Aero Financial back in the fall and seem to have a good story. I will summarize. Stock was around .06 when it was purchased by Aero, headed up by Jim Price. He has replaced Chase Canfield as interim CEO. Through the fall and in to the winter they have purchased "The Kabob" in California, Pastores in Baltimore. Brought on significant management changes and closed the Las Vegas office and moved it to Baltimore. They have set up a training center in Baltimore utilizing one of their stores. This is to train frachisees. They are setting up the legal requirements to operate the franchise in several states on the east coast and still have their master lease with WalMart. Jim Price issued a statement the other day detailing the state of the company. This morning I read They are about to start their first training session. The stock closed around .68 Friday.
