VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/20/12 -- Passport Potash Inc. ("Passport" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PPI)(OTCQX:PPRTF) announces that it has granted 4,166,642 incentive stock options to directors, officers, consultants and employees of the Company. The options are exercisable at $0.38 and will expire on January 19, 2017.
